One thing from Mondays council session occurred during public comments. It was so outrageous as to leave all who heard it speechless. Yes it was lawyer Dan again in the best of all times sitting down comedy routines. It requires a separate blog for utter hypocrisy. This is priceless!!!!!!!

A public comment made an inquiry as to why Bob Everding resigned as his letter gave no reason?

Interrupting at sonic speed Dan intoned with a smirk "He (Bob Everding) was unhappy with the council railroading items through on the agenda".

Apparently Dan was referring to the passage of the Stack Hill plat passed on a 3-2 vote the prior meeting with Dan and his only pal left Wayne voting no. Sanctimonious to the very end.

Dan, it has been on the agenda for two and one half years! Yipes, no wonder lawyers love getting paid by the hour. Costs run up deliberately on the Stack Hill plat approached $400,000 dollars with the town adding on fifteen percent. If this was railroaded through God help us.

Maybe Dan a man of high moral values, integrity, an officer of the court, symbol of law and justice will follow Bob into oblivion and do the right thing, RESIGN IMMEDIATELY!!! And please take your little whispering buddy with you?
